Executive Secretary of the National Agricultural Development Fund (NADF), Mohammed Ibrahim, earlier today received the Chairman of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, Hon. Shola Olofin, at the Fund’s headquarters in Abuja.
The visit focused on how both institutions can work more closely, particularly in linking social protection with agricultural development. As conversations around farmers’ welfare, risk and productivity gain attention, the need for practical collaboration is becoming clearer.
Discussions also explored ways to support those within the agricultural value chain through structured safety nets, while strengthening the broader goal of sustainable food production.
