Clearly the Dr Fayemi led administration has not only created a business friendly atmosphere for investors, but also ensured that Government is focused with real governance agendas through facilitation of competent sector hands to boost and compensate on previous losses by maladministration of the immediate previous administration in the IGR aspect of Ekiti affairs.
The GMD/CEO Fountain Holding Ltd Mr Oska Seyi Aiyeleso nurtured Mr Governor’s mandate to leave no stones unturned in the quest to inject profitability into all state business ventures.
Its significant to note that the second quarter of year 2021 starts with Fountain Hotel enjoying a new lease of life as MarCom Support Services Ltd has secured Concessionary Rights to manage this enterprise on Ekiti’s behalf.
The lease would see the hospitality experts take over Fountain Hotel for the next 15 years.
Mr Oska Seyi Aiyeleso also explained that it would be difficult for any incoming government to take over control of the facility before the agreed tenure, due to some well thought clauses placed in the agreement.
The handing over ceremony which took place at Fountain Holdings Limited was attended by a team from MarCom Support Services Ltd, which included the company Chairman, Folagbade Omotoyinbo and MD/CEO Wale Akintunde.
Speaking to men of the press after signing, the company chairman promised there would be further development of the facility, as he reiterated that more fund will be injected to build more structures within the facility to give the public a rich experience in hospitality. He said;
“We do expect that patronage would skyrocket due to the kind of management we are putting on ground, and experience we are calling into the management.”
“Once patronage skyrockets, eventually we would need more structure and other things already laid out in the plan.”
