On the 19/10/2019 at about 0730HRS, the operatives attached to Ikole Division led by the DOP effected the arrest of Notorious Syndicate involved in House Breaking and Stealing. However, Luck ran-out of the following under mentioned Suspects: PAUL ISAH ‘M’,AYODELE OLABODE ‘M’ and one other still at large Both from No. 15 OKE ORIN IKOLE EKITI.The suspects Broke into the house of their victim and carted away students properties who were on holiday.
Also on the 19/10/2019 at about 0725HRS, information received by the operatives of the police command had it that one KAYODE ADUBI ‘M’OF ARA EKITI,
broke into A Shop of A victim, During the Process of committing the Act, He was arrested.
During interrogation,the suspects confessed to commission of the crime. They will be charged to court after conclusive investigation.
The Commissioner of Police is using this medium to advice youth that crime does not pay, But hard work pays the most.
