The Federal Government has issued its first Wholesale Gas Supply Licence for 500 million standard cubic feet of gas per day to an indigenous firm to deepen gas utilisation across the country. It issued the licence to Ohuru Trading Limited, stating that Section 142 of the Petroleum Industry Act provided for the issuance of the licence, which was required to guide commercial activities along the gas value chain. The Bank of Agriculture (BOA) says it is working assiduously to recover the N243 million loan disbursed to 150 debtors between 2011 and 2023 in Kwara. The BOA Ilorin Branch Manager, Mr Dele Aderibigbe, disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Monday in Ilorin.
