The late Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akerdolu
The 33 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) created by the administration of late former Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu have been scrapped.
An Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure declared the creation of the LCDAs as unconstitutional and illegal.
According to the Presiding Judge, Justice A.O Adebusuoye, the LCDAs were not lawfully created.
