In a progressive move, the ekiti state governor, his Excellency the governor took to his social media handles to break the news of his success at an ongoing economic summit in Cairo Egypt.
He stated:
I am delighted to share a significant update towards achieving our vision of shared prosperity in Ekiti. I joined my colleagues from Anambra, Ogun, and Oyo states successfully signed a Framework Agreement with Afreximbank and Access Bank Limited, to support infrastructure development in Nigerian subnationals, at the ongoing Intra-African Trade Fair in Cairo, Egypt.
This financing framework will be dedicated to fostering export and trade-enabling infrastructure, to accelerate economic diversification in alignment with the Africa Sub-Sovereign Network Initiative.
Together, we believe this initiative will provide substantial contributions to job creation, infrastructure development and sustainable diversification of Nigeria’s economy.
