As part of Dr. Kayode Fayemi-led administration policy framework to grow the state economy, the Ekiti State Government said it would encourage young entrepreneurs to access loans and other palliative funds available in the state to promote their businesses and employment generation enterprises.

The Commissioner for Investment, Trade and Industries, Chief David Olusoga stated this during a working visit to CyberTech Gaming Centre, Ado Ekiti.
Chief Olusoga, who was accompanied on the visit by the Special Assistance to the Governor on New Media, Mr. ‘Biodun Borisade commended the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of the centre, Mr. Tolulope Ogunyemi for his ingenuity at establishing a standard Computer Gaming Centre, the first of its kind in Ekiti state.

He advised him to add gymnasium to pull more patronage, noting that the establishment of the Centre would definitely create employment and wealth for some youths, in addition to contributing to the physical and mental alertness of gamers and reducing criminal tendencies and
restiveness among the youths.

The commissioner therefore charged the MD/ CEO to form a registered cooperative society for him to access loans and funds from the state government.

Chief Olusoga also disclosed that the proposed Industrial Park along Ijan-Ekiti Road would be allocated to creative entrepreneurs, where every necessary incentive to make business thrive, including road network and 24 hours electricity supply would be provided.

While welcoming the commissioner to the Centre, the MD/CEO, Mr. Tolulope Ogunyemi said he conceived and started the Centre about a year ago out of passion for cyber games and self employment.

Me Ogunyemi, a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, said that he discovered that there was no standard gaming centre in the state where people could relax, recreate and interact, which informed siting the business in the state capital.
He said that he had been motivated to invest all he has into the centre by the array of people trooping in for gaming and recreation just within a year of establishment.

The MD/CEO, Cybertech Gaming Centre, Mr. Ogunyemi appealed to the state government to support the business by granting financial support, bigger and better accommodation and regular supply of electricity to grow the business.
