
The Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, ICPC has begun investigations into the sundry of corruption allegations against the immediate governor of the state, Sen. Isiaka Ajimobi as Chief Affair Officer of the state.
Ajimobi who governed the state on the gracious two term in office is being alleged of contract inflation, money laundering, diversion of public funds among other corrupt acts while in power.
Grapevine confirmed that the anti graft agency has since been engaging in the series of processes that would guide and illuminate its findings in ensuring justice in courts of law.
It was reliably gathered that as part of the efforts put in place to explore clinical investigations into the alleged of shady deals, some former political appointees mostly commissioners in his first term in office have been shuttling between their homes and ICPC office in rendering their accounts as concerned their complicities.
In a related development, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has also commenced brisk examinations into the voluminous of corruption allegations petitioned and certified by eminent indigenes of the state.
The copious allegations put against the former governor through the EFCC are said to be attached with the photographic shoots of the petitioners in lending their identities and veracities to the claims.
The development which was learnt that prominent elders importantly Ibadan are moving heaven and earth in sweeping under the carpet.
And it will be recalled that Engr. Seyi Makinde on his assumption came up with a series of corruption allegations the trend that lately degenerated into setting up a fact finding committee to look into the award of contracts by his successor in the last two years of his administration.

3)CCTV Contracts Awarded For 300million, The Contractor Ran Away With 150m And No Performance. The Same Contract Awarded For 350m And 280m Paid, the Contractor Performed 20%
4) N135million Found In Personal Acct of PS Ministry of Environment
