Fayemi gets kudos for building workers capacity.
The Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi has been commended for
giving top priority to training and capacity building of all the
public servants in the state.
The Commissioner for Information, Tourism and Values Orientation, Aare
Muyiwa Olumilua, stated this while addressing participants at a
One-Day Seminar/Workshop recently organized by the Ekiti State Office

Information, Aare Olumilua expatiated that Governor Fayemi built the
five pillars of this administration on the 17 Sustainable Development
Goals to allow a seamless realization of the goals that would
guarantee a better future for all.
In his charge to the participants, the Commissioner said the Desk
Officers remain critical stakeholders in the attainment of the set
objectives, as they are the link and the government representatives to
the people at the grass roots.
Olumilua who stressed how seriously the Fayemi-led government takes
capacity building, noted that the importance of continuous training
cannot be over emphasized in a dynamic world.
He urged them to take advantage of such training to equip themselves
with the requisite knowledge and tools that will aid quality service
delivery.
Olumilua also used the opportunity to remind the participants that it
was high time people returned to the days when preference was placed
on societal values, urging them to always be punctual and pay rapt
attention to get the best out of the training programme.
