Governors of cassava-producing states were at the Central Bank of Nigeria Headquarters to sign a memorandum of understanding involving CBN cassava value-chain intervention projects between Nigeria cassava growers Association and large scale cassava processors, and off-takers of cassava derivatives in Abuja yesterday.
