His Royal Majesty Oba (Justice) John Ademola Ajakaiye JP, Oyinyosaiye Uyin II, Oluyin of Iyin-Ekiti Kingdom, Ekiti-State, the Former Chief Judge of Ekiti-State and Former Administrator of National Judicial Institute, Abuja, was born into the Royal family of Oketagidigidi Ruling House of Iyin, Ekiti-State of Nigeria in 1938.
Oba (Justice) John Asemola Ajakaiye JP, Oyinyosaiye Uyin II, Oluyin of Iyin-Ekiti Kingdom, Ekiti-State enrolled as a pupil in All Saint’s Primary School Iyin-Ekiti in January 1943. he left for Offa in Kwara State to attend St. Mark’s School between 1947-1950 and completed his Primary School Education at St. Paul’s School, Oyan, Osun-State in 1951.
In January 1953 he went to Offa in Kwara-State to start his Secondary Education at Offa Grammar School which he completed in December, 1957.
He studied privately for the G.C.E (Advanced Level) examination which he passed in 1960. he travelled abroad and attended Holborn College of Law and also enrolled at the Inner Temple Inns of Court to study Law. He passed the LL.B (Hons) degree examination of London University and the Bar finals examination in 1965. he attended the Nigeria Law School between September and December 1965 and was called to the Nigerian bar in January 1966.
His Royal Majesty Oba (Justice) John Ademola Ajakaiye was member of many National and International Organisations including Common wealth Lawyers Association, World Jurist Association, Fountain of Hope International, Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship International, Commonwealth Judicial Education Institute, Lorce du Bon Temps Nova Scotia (The oldest Social Club in South America) founded in 1606.
His Royal Majesty has won many awards including:

West African Newsweek Merit Award for Excellence as Role Model
Nigeria Institution of Engineers Award of Honour for contribution to the advancement of the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers

Law Society University of Ado-Ekiti Award as Distinguished Royal personality
Ekiti Summit Role Model Award in recognition of commitment selfless service towards Youth Development
Oba Okunade Sijuwade Leadership Award for distinguished leadership .
