Office of Head of Service of the federation on Friday 22nd may 2020 issued a circular to virtually all MDAs Heads cautioning on handling of official documents and the accessibility of these documents on various social media platforms.
The circular titled ”Unauthorized Circulation of Official Document/Information on social media” reference No.HCSF/109/ S.1/120
A stern warning and disciplinary measures formed the highlight of the circular.
