Perhaps this is one way UNILAG is still far better that all the universities in Nigeria? knowing how to spot and unravel inherent talent and nurture it to greatness!!
We recently read about how the refusal of a Nigerian university to award a doctoral candidate his Ph.D after about 20 years on the programme contributed to the unfortunate decision of the frustrated academic to take his life.
