OPEN LETTER TO GOVERNOR ADEMOLA JACKSON NURUDEEN ADELEKE: EXPEDITE IFON OSUN, ILOBU AND ERIN OSUN PROCESS.
To His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, Executive Governor Of Osun State,As the farming season approaches, I am compelled to bring to your attention the pressing communal land dispute boundary demarcation.
The lingering boundary dispute has resulted in communal crisis, bloodshed and lost of lives & property and it is imperative that your administration takes immediate action to resolve this issue which refuse to work out.
I commend your efforts, particularly through your Deputy Governor, His Excellency Prince Kola Adewusi, who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to the public service through the 100 Members committee that was set up. However, more needs to be done to address the land communal crisis between Ifon osun, Ilobu and Erin osun.
Specifically, there is a new for clear boundaries between the following communities
I urge you to consider the following:
*EXPEDITE THE BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT PROCESS TO PREVENT CONFLICTS AND LOSS OF LIFE* PROVIDE SUPPORT TO AFFECTED COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE FOR REBUILDING DAMAGED PROPERTIES* ENSURE LASTING SOLUTIONS TO THE BOUNDARY DISPUTE GUARANTEEING PEACE AND STABILITY IN THE REGION.
The people of ifon osun are looking up to your administration for quick solution.I implore you to take immediate action, demonstrating your commitment to justice, compassion and leadership.
