The proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra has deployed no fewer than 16 drones for the burial of the parents of its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, in Abia State.
Kanu’s parents – Eze Israel Okwu Kanu and Ugoeze Sally Nmenme Kalu – are due for burial on Friday (today).
According to available information, the 16 drones were deployed to cover the area of the burial and home of the Kanus in Afraukwu, Abia State.
The deployment was said to be in the “case of any eventuality” so that IPOB can wash its hands of any untoward in cadet.
A commentator online on Friday said: “We hope and believe that the burial of the late Eze Israel Okwu Kanu and his wife Ugoeze Sally Nmenme Kanu will be peaceful because the family has passed through pains in the hands of Nigeria governments.
“A lot of people are confirming that the most thing that causes their death is the genocide that was committed in their compound in which 24 souls were killed by Nigeria securities.”
