KOGI: Irukera declares for APC gubernatorial Primary.
A letter of intent to delegates of APC Kogi state chapter is in circulation.
Kogi APC would have to conduct its primaries before the PDP!!
The unwritten agreement amongst the Okuns in the governorship race is who ever gets his party’s ticket first gets the backing of others regardless of the others parties.
Politics is local. Irukera is from Yagba West. Is that not part of Dino Melaye’s constituency please? If Dino for instance gets the PDP’s ticket first, Irukera has to back out from the race.
Irukere backed out last minute, from the August 2015 Kogi state APC governorship primaries race with just a phone call from the party national leader.
Today, he is back to claim what deservedly is his?
However the respected politician Mr Irukere refuted the undated letter.
