The Bureau for Procurement, BPP, has approved N1.06trillion Lagos-Calabar coastal Road Corridor contract to Hitech Construction Company, owned by Gilbert Chargoury. This means the Government can now go ahead and pay the sum to Chagoury’s firm for the controversial contract.
