Hon. Tunde Doherty. The Chairman of CDC wishes to inform the public that at the instance of the Chairman and Diaspora Chairman of CDC Hon Tunde Doherty, all diaspora chairmen have been mobilized to protest against the opposition protests currently taking place at the park in front of the White House.
We stand with Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, who won the Nigerian Presidential election in a free and fair process. The majority of Nigerian voters gave him their mandate, and we believe that no propaganda, manipulation, or tissue of lies can stop his inauguration.
We urge all Nigerians in the diaspora to come out in support of their mandate and to stand up against any attempt to disrupt the peace and stability of Nigeria. We believe that justice will prevail, and the mandate of the Nigerian people will be respected.
We also wish to remind the public that the Nigerian Presidential election was free and fair, and that there is no evidence of any wrongdoing or fraud. We condemn any attempt to spread misinformation or propaganda about the election.
We call on all Nigerians to remain calm and peaceful, as we believe that the mandate of the Nigerian people will be respected, and the democratic process will be upheld.
Signed,
All Diaspora Chairmen of the CDC.
