NBA Conference: Erelu, Fapohunda To Talk on Gender Based Violence. By Abasi Femi Oguntayo
Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Erelu Bisi Fayemi and Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Olawale Fapohunda will on the 28th of August, 2019 be among panelist to talk on Gender Based Violence in Nigeria.
The first lady will be the Chairing the panel of a 2-hour session as part of the lined up programmes at Nigerian Bar Association Conference, 2019 which be held at the Lantana Hall of Eko Hotels, Lagos, while Fapohunda will be among the panelists to talk on the theme: The Crisis of Gender-Based Violence in Our Communities.
Other panelists expected to talk on this theme are: Rhoda Tyoden, President Federation of Female Lawyers (FIDA) and Itoro Eze Anaba, Founder Mirabel Sexual Assault and Referral Centre.
This session of the conference has been allocated to Ekiti State for the tremendous efforts of the Governor Kayode Fayemi’s administration in curbing Sexual and domestic violence in the State. The NBA Conference will commence on the 23rd to 29th of August, 2019.
