
His Excellency, Engineer Abdullahi A Sule has continued to “silently” go around Nasarawa State to monitor compliance of citizens to the restriction on movement and rules of social distancing imposed on citizens so as to avoid being infected with the CORVID 19 virus.
At the palace of Chief of Laminga, Governor Abdullahi A Sule accompanied by Senator Abdullahi Adamu, commiserated with the Laminga community over the recent destruction of property caused by heavy rains and placated the community with a trailer load of cement and 100 roofs as his personal donation, and the goverment of Nasarawa State makes adequate preparation to contribute.
The Governor used the opportunity to reiterate that social distancing constitutes a set of safety measures like the regulation to stay at home, closure of markets, social outlets and places of religious worship.
Engineer Abdullahi Sule stated that “citizens of Nasarawa State should abide by these regulations of social distancing not only to protect themselves, but also to protect their own families and close acquaintances from being infected with CORVID 19.
Governor Abdullahi A Sule thereafter affirmed that strict monitoring and enforcement by security agencies would become more stringent as the days go by, so he was appealing to traditional rulers to help in enlightening their people to abide all rules and proclamations pronounced by government.
