Gov Fayemi’s Cheif Press Secretary, Yinka Oyebode bags Ekiti NUJ Award of Excellence
Chief Press Secretary to Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Yinka Oyebode, yesterday received Award of Excellence from the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Ekiti State Chapter in recognition of his exceptional service in Media practice in the state.
Mr. Oyebode, after receiving the award presented by Wife of the Governor, Her Excellency Erelu Bisi Fayemi, appreciated the Union for his recognition while thanking the State Government for providing the opportunity to serve.
“I am highly honoured to receive the Award of Excellence from Ekiti NUJ presented by our Mother and Mentor, the Mother General, Her Excellency, Erelu Bisi Fayemi. It is a great honour to serve the state and Governor Kayode Fayemi especially at a time of Values Restoration in the state. As a Government, we are committed to serving the good people of Ekiti State selflessly,” he said.
The CPS emphasized his gratitude to Her Excellency Erelu Bisi Fayemi, saying that, “thank you ma for your grand presence at the event and all the good things that you do. You are indeed an inspiration. Many thanks to my brother HCITVO, the Aare himself. God bless you all,” he said.
