The Federal Government, on Tuesday, announced that it had commenced the release of funds for its school feeding programme being managed by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development. The National Human Rights Commission Commission is set to inaugurate a Special Independent Investigative Panel on Human Rights Violations in the Implementation of Counter Insurgency Operations in the North East.
