Female Political appointees in Niger State have been told to be more united to support the new Agenda of Farmer Governor Umar Muhammed Bago.
Critical Female Stakeholder made the call in minna during a meeting organized by the Special Adviser to the Governor on women and Affirmative Action, Mrs Mary Noel Berje.
When women come together, they amplify their voices, share resources, and uplift one another in pursuit of common goals.
This is why the special Adviser to Farmer Governor Umar Muhammed Bago on Women and Affirmative Action, Mrs Mary Noel Berje brought together female critical Stakeholders in Niger State to discuss a way forward for women’s development.
We have come together to rob minds on how to foster unity among women,enhance political participation as well as discuss how best to harness the new niger Agenda of the Governor, according to the Mrs Mary Noel Berje.
The Commissioner for Women Affairs,Hajiya Titi Auta and that of the ministry for Micro ,Small and Medium Enterprises,Mrs Elizabeth Shaba strongly believe that women can do extraordinary things if they unite and support one another.
Other women stakeholders at the meeting who called on the Governor to give more political appointments to women, stressed the need for female appointees to work as a team to achieve more results.
The forum which is tagged- New Niger Female Critical Stakeholders meeting is expected to be sustained.
