
Fayemi’s wife extols virtues of Late Abiola Adeosun
The wife of the Governor, Erelu Bisi Fayemi has extolled the virtues of late Mrs Abiola Olusola Adeosun who was the former state Commissioner for Local Government Service Commission at a service of song in honour of the deceased at AB Hotel and event,l centre, Olora Adebayo in Ado Ekiti
Erelu Fayemi described Adeosun as a kindhearted, generous, dutiful and well-reserved woman who ought to have lived to enjoy her good deeds.
Adeosun passed on a month ago after a prolonged battle with breast cancer.
Erelu Fayemi said: “Even though we mourn from now till eternity, it can not bring back the dead, we only cry for ourselves. It is painful but we accept God’s verdict. I advise everyone to adhere strictly to the lectures given on cancer so as not to fall victim.”
The Governor’s wife, who admonished all in attendance to be kind to others, said it’s true of what people say about her kindness and as politicians, circumstances and situations may want to warrant them to behave otherwise to people. She emphasized on the main reason she is always showing kindness to people: ” I desire to be treated with kindness in return as whatever a man sows he shall reap. I am also kind to people so that when I leave for the great beyond, l will not miss eternity.”
Erelu Fayemi who said Mrs Adeosun was someone who used to comport herself decently in all areas and is always contented with whatever she is given, urged all to emulate the late Adeosun.
Also extolling late Adeosun’s virtues are state woman leader, Mrs Monisade Afuye and Mrs Omotunde Fajuyi who said Adeosun was a good politician who was humble and hardworking and catered well for her family before her death.
