Meet Deputy Commissioner of Police (DC) Rabi Umar Labaran. She is officer in charge of Nigeria Police Education Department. She hails from Minna, Niger State. She is the ex-wife of the former AIG Mako.
Until her recent appointment, she used to work as former IGP Ibrahim Idris’ Secretary. Following his statutory retirement, she now occupies two offices. One in Police Force Headquarters Louis Edet House. And another one in Dei Dei Abuja.
CUPS is reliably informed that this corrupt and conniving police woman was one of the side kicks of former IGP Ibrahim Idris. She handled and covered many of his corrupt operations. For her dirty work in undermining the Nigerian state, the former IGP rewarded her with two successive promotions in less than 2 years. Initially, she got promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Police (AC). Not long after that, she became Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Police.
Our whistle-blower informed us that DC Rabi used to collect bribes from police officers for their promotions, postings, and transfers, when she was the former IGP Ibrahim Idris’ Secretary. Now that she became the force education officer in charge of all the police primary and secondary schools, she sells head teacher appointments in millions, to the highest bidders!
CUPS is also reliably informed that this police woman is so corrupt that she goes as far as charging school head teachers a whopping sum of N10,000 for the portrait of the new IGP, Abubakar Mohammed Adamu.
We at CUPS call on the new IGP, Abubakar Mohammed Adam, to initiate a sting operation and investigate this corrupt police woman, before she brings more disrepute to the Nigeria Police. She is currently causing mayhem at the Nigeria Police Education Department.
