President Donald Trump has revealed that Iran has apologized to its Middle Eastern neighbours and surrendered following what he described as relentless attack from the United States and Israel.
Trump made the remarks in a post shared on his page on X, where he ascribed the development to sustained attacks carried out by the US and Israel.
In the post, Trump wrote: “Iran which is been beat to Hell has apologized and surrended to it Middle East neighbours and promised that it will not shoot at them anymore.”
“This promise was only made by the relentless US and Israeli attack. They were looking to take over and rule Middle East,” he said.
Trump further disclosed that the development marked the first time Iran had suffered such defeat in its long history.
It is the first time that Iran has ever lost in thousands of years to surrounding Middle Eastern countries,” he stated.
According to him, Iran had also expressed appreciation to him following the outcome. “They have said ‘Thank you’ Donald Trump and I’ve said ‘You’re Welcome,’” he wrote.
The US president also asserted that Iran had lost its dominant position in the region.
“Iran is no longer the bully of the Middle East, they are instead the loser of the Middle East and will be for many decades until they surrender or more likely completely collapse,” Trump said.
