How could any right-thinking person genuinely believe that Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu-LADO is afraid of Senator Adeola Olamilekan YAYI, a man widely known as an Ekiti-born politician whose political foundation was built in Lagos before suddenly arriving in Ogun in search of a crown for coronation?
Must we once again remind the public of the deep roots, heritage, and family background of Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu, proud son of the respected Baba Ijebu dynasty? The facts are already in the public domain for anyone who truly seeks the truth.
One reality must be made clear to every indigene of Ogun State: Hon. Adebutu’s 2027 aspiration is beyond personal ambition. It is a determined movement to rescue Ogun State from external political control and protect the identity, heritage, and dignity of our people. That is why genuine stakeholders across Ogun State are rapidly aligning with him to stop the state from being hijacked through the backdoor by outsiders desperate for power.
Common sense should reveal who is truly afraid. How can a man whose family history is firmly planted in Ogun soil be intimidated by someone still struggling to convince the public about his true roots and whose political strength depends heavily on federal influence, money politics, and access to public resources to force an undeserved coronation?
The line has now been drawn in Ogun State. There are only two categories of people: those willing to trade their birthright and heritage for temporary political gains, and those prepared to defend the future of Ogun State at all costs.
At the appropriate time, true sons and daughters of Ogun will rise and speak with one united voice. Ogun people will not be deceived by propaganda sponsored by selfish politicians and political merchants eager to mortgage the future of the state for personal benefit. The people shall seek truth, regain political consciousness, and freely decide who deserves their mandate.
Ogun State is not a conquered territory to be handed over through the backdoor. Ogun is a land of proud history, strong culture, enlightened minds, and capable people. Its future must remain in the hands of indigenous and homegrown leadership that truly understands the land and its people.
Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu-LADO fears nobody ahead of 2027 because he carries the true identity and spirit of Ogun State. More importantly, he is not alone in this struggle. This battle is bigger than one man; it is the collective fight of every conscious indigene determined to preserve the future, freedom, and dignity of Ogun State.
Come 2027, Ogun people will make a loud statement at the polls. Those seeking to impose external rule on the state will be rejected, and Senator YAYI will ultimately return to where his political journey truly began, either Ekiti, his state of origin, or Lagos, where he built his political career before relocating to Ogun in search of political coronation.
Ogun State is too sophisticated, too enlightened, and too historically grounded to surrender its destiny to external political conquest. The people of Ogun are fully capable of deciding their own future, and when the time comes, they shall speak with one powerful voice.
