It was a Joyous and pride moment on Thursday, 26th September, 2024 for the Chairman of Ekiti State House of Assembly Service Commission, Hon. (Engr) Fasakin Kayode Ajayi as he added another feather to his cap through the prestigious award bestowed on him by the Ekiti-State Chapter of Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) Alumni Association.
The milestone occasion took place at AB Emporium Hotel and Event Center, Adebayo, Ado Ekiti . The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Technology Akure, Professor Adenike Temidayo Oladiji in her address said, this recognition is a testament to the recipients dedication to work and exceptional administrative prowess and perhaps, this is not only reflects their individual excellence but also brings a pride to their respective positions or institutions in which they are represented in the larger society.
The VC also explained further that the University has continued to deepening the relationship with it’s Alumni worldwide because their support is indispensable to the growth of the institution.Hon. Fasakin in his remarks appreciated God Almighty for making him to witness the day and also thanked the organizer for counting him Worthy,”In fact, I was so marvelled with this, and some of the faces here brings me some nostalgic memories and introspections.I really appreciate you all.”
The Chairman Ekiti State House of Assembly Service Commission also used the occasion to acknowledged and salute the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, His Excellency, Abiodun Abayomi Oyebanji for providing propitious and enabling environment for the Legislative arm of government to strive through the amiable Speaker. Rt. Hon. Adeoye Stephen Aribasoye.
In the same vein, he commended all the Board Members of the Ekiti State House of Assembly Service Commission for their concerted efforts and cooperation to ensure the repositioning of the Commission.Fasakin dedicated the award to His Excellency, the Executive governor of Ekiti State Mr Abiodun Abayomi Oyebanji for his exceptional Political disposition and the unprecedented performance for the betterment of Ekiti StateHe also called on Ekiti people to support the present Administration and the ongoing good projects in the nooks and crannies of Ekiti State.”
I am bold enough to inform you that Governor Oyebanji is doing a great job and is poised to reposition Ekiti State to the greater height through the people’s philosophical oriented perspective .”Fasakin explained further that the only way we can sustain these good works is to support Governor’s continuity agenda so as to take us to the promise land.
