The imminent submission of the report by a 13-Man committee inaugurated by Governor Fayemi over a year ago to critically examine and recommend to Government the viability and economic sustainability of the planned creation of Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs), was announced earlier today by His Excellency the governor himself.
On his twitter handle, he wrote:
”In our efforts to bring government closer to the grassroots, I inaugurated a 13-person committee last year, to revisit the issue of Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) that were created from the existing Local Government Areas during my first term in office.
I will shortly be receiving the report of the Committee that was setup to critically examine and recommend to the #government the viability and economic sustainability of the planned creation of Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs).”
