The Senator representing Ekiti North District, Cyril Fasuyi has commenced the drilling of solar powered boreholes for some communities in Ekiti North from Igogo Ekiti. The solar powered borehole located at bus stop in the center of Igogo Ekiti will also be provided for communities like, Ikun Ekiti Ikole Ekiti, Ijesa Isu Ekiti, Ayede Ekiti, Isan Ekiti, Ilupeju Ekiti, Osi Ekiti, Ayetoro Ekiti, and Eda Oniyo Ekiti.
This will give the people of the communities access to portable water for domestic uses.Also the Ilero Hall in Ifaki Ekiti which was in state of disrepair before the intervention of the Senator is nearing completion with the installation of aluminum roof, casement aluminum window and other accessories. It remains tiling and painting.
