Adenike Jennifer Emiola Iyiola is the Founder/President of the Nigerian Professional Working Women (NPWW), the largest and most recognized network of female executives, professionals and entrepreneurs in Nigeria with over 2 (two) million women (members) seeking greater opportunities to fulfill their professional and personal goals. The network prides itself in partnership with reputable national and international organisations that have over the years, demonstrated passion and commitment on the welfare of women in all strata.
An indigene of Ekiti State, South West Nigeria, Emiola Jennifer acquired her Bachelor of Science (Bsc.) degree in Civil Engineering and Masters’ Degree in Land surveying. She has worked with prominent construction companies such as, Sageto Construction Company in Lagos; she also worked with Gilmor Engineering Nigeria Limited and Alora Engineering Company, (Abuja).
She is the Convener of the Annual Convention and Exhibition of the NPWW Organization, an event that attracts notable women in the country including wife of the President, Her Excellency, Aisha Buhari.
She’s the founder of ADENIKE CHARITY FOUNDATION (ACF); Chief Executive Officer of NIAKK International Business Limited Chicago, Illinois USA and Nigeria; C.E.O of NHH Solution Limited, Nigeria and C.E.O of NIAD Construction Limited, Nigeria.
Emiola Jennifer has always been passionate about women empowerment, professionally, politically and socially. She believes in a strong and collaborative power of professional women, and in making a positive impact on the future of our great country Nigeria.
