Endsars Memorial Programme has commenced today in Lagos as Coalition for Revolution, CORE releases timetable of activities for the remembrance of the heroes of the anti police brutality struggle.
According to a statement made available to SECURITY MONITOR by Gbenga Komola, co-convener of CORE, the anniversary is to opened with prayers on Friday. Here is the details activities:
Praying for the Repose of the Souls of the Dead
As part of programme line up for 1st Year Memorial of the historic #Endsars Protests during which hundreds were killed and even many more were maimed and unjustly imprisoned, there will be these religious services to pray for repose of the souls of the departed, peace and justice, in deference to the three faith traditions in Nigeria:

Saturday 16th, October
Traditional rites
Time: 12pm- 3pm
