Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo was physically absent as President Muhammadu Buhari presides over the Council of State meeting in the State House, Abuja, on Friday. He however joined the meeting virtually.
The meeting is being attended by former Heads of State Generals Yakubu Gowon and Abdulsalami Abubakar; former President Goodluck Jonathan; Senate President Ahmed Lawan, and Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila, among others.
