The National Agricultural Development Fund (NADF) has held its annual retreat themed Strategic Alignment and Planning for the Year 2026, bringing management and staff together to take stock and set direction.
Addressing participants, the Executive Secretary, Mohammed Ibrahim, emphasised the importance of teamwork, continuous staff development and stronger internal processes aligned with international best practices.
He noted that a more collaborative and professional workforce would be critical to delivering impact-driven programmes and advancing national food and nutrition security priorities in the year ahead.
