Prince Harry, the youngest son of the King of England, King Charles III, was missing in the official portrait released by the royal family on its social media platforms.
Charles III was crowned the King of England in a colourful ceremony which was held on Saturday, May 6, at Westminster Abbey.
Ahead of the ceremony, Buckingham Palace had stated that Harry will attend his father’s coronation while Megan will remain in the United States with their two children.
“The Duke of Sussex will attend the Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey. The Duchess of Sussex will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet”, the statement revealed.
The coronation also coincides with Archie’s birthday.
Days after the ceremony, pictures from the king’s coronation were released and Harry was not spotted in the portrait.
The pictures, which were taken at Buckingham Palace, featured some royal family members.
Prince Harry missed the photo session because he immediately returned to California shortly after the coronation ceremony.
Some of the people in the pictures include the king and the queen, Princess Anne, the only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth and her husband, Timothy Laurence, Prince Williams and his wife, Catherine.
