Before an audience that included the First Lady of Ekiti State, Erelu Bisi Fayemi, Country Vice President of FIDA, Senior government officials, lawyers, market women and women’s rights activists, Olawale Fapohunda the Attorney-General of Ekiti State delivered a moving oratory in honour of the late Oluwaseyi Ojo, Chairperson of FIDA Ekiti State Branch.
Fapohunda described her as a truly special woman who embodied so much that is best in public service.
His eulogy to the FiDA Chairperson who died at age of 40 after a long battle with sickle cell anaemia, lauded Ojo for her unapologetic commitment to the rights of women.
Seyi ojo passed away on the 26th December 2019.
